Services
At MARVInspect, LLC, we provide comprehensive home inspection and aerial photography services. We use state-of-the-art tools to assess the condition of any property, and provide thorough and detailed reports to ensure that all parties are informed of the condition of the property. We deliver these results with a choice between two different reporting styles:
Defect Only: Same-day report delivery, checklist style. No Fluff; lists Standards of Practice/Limitations/Concerns only. This is an excellent choice for busy real estate professionals that want only the facts delivered as quickly as possible, or experienced individuals that have been through the inspection process before.
Informative: Report delivered within 48 hours; photo rich, contains useful information and diagrams, and aerial photos (where restrictions allow). This type of report is a great choice for most home buyers, or for those that would like a more descriptive report on the property.

As a member of the Triangle MLS, we have access to ShowingTime and SentriKey. This allows us to schedule access and inspect homes without taking you away from your busy schedule. If you would prefer to be present while we perform our services, we would love to have you there with us. The most ideal arrangement is to have a briefing toward the end of the inspection. This allows the inspector to perform the most thorough inspection possible while saving the client from having to endure monotonous parts of the process. Our client-oriented service is tailored to meet your needs and ensure your satisfaction.
We can also perform radon, termite, and water quality testing to give you peace of mind in your new home. Determining the safety and functionality of the home is our top priority.

Full Home Inspection
Why Use Us?

Matt Marvin, AHIT certified and NC HILB license #5594/MLS #110727, will be your lead inspector on every inspection presenting the results in a personable and professional manner. This is an advantage in comparison to larger companies because there are no surprises as to who will show up. Matt has many years experience in restoration, remodeling, and customer service. He has performed a number of inspections, and carries the skills and diligence required to identify the trouble spots in your future home or the home you are selling. Matt is also certified as a remote pilot by the FAA to fly unmanned aircraft (drones). Aerial photography is an essential tool to inspecting your property, allowing the inspector to investigate areas visually that otherwise may not be accessible (steep or high roofs, for example). If you're selling a property, aerial photos and videos enhance your real estate listing by allowing the potential buyer to feel like they are there in person. Most inspectors do not have this ability, making us stand out from the rest.

We also use thermal imaging on every home inspection. This can sometimes help the inspector spot problems that cannot normally be seen with the naked eye, such as leaks behind walls and overheating systems or components.
