Full Home Inspection
Meet Matt
Matt Marvin, Lead Inspector
Matt Marvin, AHIT certified and NC HILB license #5594/MLS #110727, will be your lead inspector on every inspection, presenting the results in a personable and professional manner. This is an advantage in comparison to larger companies because there are no surprises as to who will show up. Matt has many years experience in restoration, remodeling, and customer service. He has performed a number of inspections, and carries the skills and diligence required to identify the trouble spots in your future home or the home you are selling. We walk every accessible roof and use drones or camera extension poles to get a view of the ones that we can not. We also use thermal imaging on every home inspection. This can sometimes help spot problems that cannot normally be seen with the naked eye, such as leaks behind walls and overheating systems or components.
